Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund Policy: Cancellation will be free 3 days prior to check-in. Within 3 days Cancellation charge will be the booking charge of 1st day. In case of no show at the time of arrival, there will be a 100% retention charge
Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our cancellation policy. Processing times for refunds may vary.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Check-Out: Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.
Identification: Valid identification is required at check-in. We reserve the right to refuse check-in without proper identification.

Room Use

Occupancy: The room is to be occupied by the number of guests specified in the booking. Additional guests may incur extra charges.
Damage and Conduct: Guests are responsible for any damage to the room or property. We reserve the right to charge for repairs or replacement of damaged items.
No-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and public areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violations.
